What are the monthly plan minimums?
To ensure we can provide dedicated customer support and coordinate unit onboarding, the Standard plan has a flat minimum of $49/month, and the Premium plan has a flat minimum of $99/month.
Can we charge processing fees to residents?
Yes! Standard and Premium configurations allow you to decide whether transaction processing fees are absorbed by the association or passed down directly to the paying residents as convenience fees.
