We process your data to operate the HeyHOA platform, specifically to:

  • Authenticate logins and link resident profiles to specific household units.
  • Process assessment collections, payment routing, and notify boards of transaction status.
  • Transmit community notifications, ticket assignments, and critical broadcasts.
  • Ensure compliance with state legal regulations and audit trail guidelines.

3. Data Sharing and Third Parties

We do not sell your personal or community data to advertisers. Data is shared only with trusted vendors required to perform platform operations:

  • Stripe: Payment gateways and financial processing.
  • Twilio / SendGrid: SMS alerts and email broadcast distributions.
  • Google Analytics: Anonymized site usage and performance monitoring.
