• Account Information: First name, last name, email address, password, phone number, property address, state, and role within the association (owner, board member, property manager, tenant).
• Contact Form Data: First name, last name, email, phone number, state, association name, role, and message content submitted through our contact form.
• Association Data: Ledgers, amenity bookings, ticket logs, and community bylaws uploaded by board members or property managers.
• Billing Details: Financial transactions are processed securely via Stripe. We do not store credit card or bank credentials on our systems.
• Usage Details: IP address, device specs, browser type, and navigation logs collected via Google Analytics.

2. How We Use Your Information

We process your data to operate the HeyHOA platform, specifically to:

• Authenticate logins and link resident profiles to specific household units.
• Process assessment collections, payment routing, and notify boards of transaction status.
• Transmit community notifications, ticket assignments, and critical broadcasts.
• Ensure compliance with state legal regulations and audit trail guidelines.

3. Data Sharing and Third Parties

We do not sell your personal or community data to advertisers. Data is shared only with trusted vendors required to perform platform operations:

• Telnyx: SMS alerts and phone verification.
• Mailgun: Transactional email and newsletter delivery.
• Notion: Contact form submissions are synced to our CRM for follow-up purposes.
