Terms of Service

Welcome to HeyHOA. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the hey-hoa.com website (the "Site") and the heyhoa.app application dashboard (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to comply with these Terms.

1. Account Registration and Responsibilities

To use the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, complete information. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

2. HOA Workspace Administration

Board members or property managers creating association workspaces represent that they have full legal authorization to manage records, establish payment structures, and act on behalf of the association.

3. Assessment Payments and Fees

Dues, assessments, and fines are collected using Stripe. Users agree to pay all applicable transaction fees. The association is responsible for deciding how transaction fees are distributed or passed through. All subscription billing plans are non-refundable.

4. Acceptable System Use

You agree not to use the Service to distribute abusive material, commit fraud, coordinate illegal activities, or attempt to compromise system integrity. We reserve the right to suspend accounts violating these standards.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." While our compliance features help prevent administrative errors, HeyHOA does not provide formal legal counsel or guarantee complete compliance with all local laws.

6. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict of law principles.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify active associations of material changes by posting the new terms on the Site.
